Bookings are only confirmed once 50% of the invoice amount is paid and received. This payment forms the deposit for your booking. 

The remaining balance must be paid 3 business days prior to travel. 

(If admission fee's are applicable, fee's will be included in addition to the 50% deposit to confirm booking, in the event of cancellation, a refund will be dependent on the attraction/venue).


In the event of cancellation, admission fee's purchased by Anywhere Melbourne will only be refunded if a refund for the tickets is approved by the attraction/venue.  

Cancellations within 14 days of the booking date until 48 hours prior can transfer the booking deposit to another date of choice as a full credit or refund minus any costs associated to cancellation. 

Cancellations within 48 hours of travel will be provided a credit minus costs associated with cancellation of original booking.

Safe Travel

All vehicles provided by Anywhere Melbourne include seat belts for passenger safety. It is the responsibility of each passenger to ensure their seat belt is secure and fastened whilst travelling in any vehicle whilst in motion. 

The driver is responsible for the safe travel of all passengers, and we ask that all passengers follow and respect instructions given by the driver. Our duty and priority is the safe travel of our passengers, especially during loading or unloading locations.

Unexpected Traffic Delays

The team at Anywhere Melbourne will ensure your transfer or tour will run as smoothly as possible. However, we cannot accept responsibility for delays out of our control.
